Please read the following precautions carefully before using the industrial panel computer monitor to avoid unnecessary damage!
- This product is a precision instrument. It is forbidden to open, disassemble or modify by yourself. Otherwise, the LCD screen may be damaged, and it may not be used normally.
- The LCD screen is a fragile glass product; any drop, knock and strong vibration may cause the glass to break; it is forbidden to press the display area of the LCD screen forcefully; do not squeeze forcefully during installation
Press the LCD screen base and frame; pay attention to the overall flatness of the LCD screen to avoid external forces causing the LCD screen to “bend” and “distort”. - If the LCD screen is operated and stored below the specified temperature and temperature range, the liquid crystal may crystallize and cause irreversible damage; if the LCD screen is operated and stored under the specified temperature and temperature range, the liquid crystals may become various. The isotropic liquid cannot restore the liquid crystal state.
- Please turn off the power of the machine in time when you are done using it or when a malfunction occurs.
- The product is a wide voltage DC input, suitable for DC 12V switching power supply, the error is not more than +/- 1V.
- There are electronic components in the circuit driving part on the back of the LCD. Avoid squeezing and damage during the design, assembly, and handling. Otherwise, the electronic components may be damaged and the LCD screen may malfunction.
- Please unplug and plug the cable when the power is off.
- To ensure the stability and safety of the electrical part, the interval between each on and off shall not be less than 6 seconds.
- Since the visual characteristics of the LCD screen will change due to different viewing angles, when assembling, you should fully consider the user’s suitable viewing angle to adjust the better viewing angle position of the LCD screen.
- During use or storage, be careful with the polarizer on the surface of the LCD screen to avoid being scratched by hard objects.
- In the display drive circuit, the inverter part has high voltage. Please avoid contact with rabbits during an operation to avoid unnecessary damage.
- To prevent the danger of fire or electric shock, please do not place the machine in a place exposed to rain or humidity.
- Avoid exposing the LCD module to direct sunlight or ultraviolet rays for a long time.
- The outer leads of the liquid crystal module are not allowed to be connected incorrectly, otherwise it may cause overcurrent, overvoltage, etc. and damage the module components.
- If you press the display part hard, an abnormal display will occur. The power supply should be disconnected for a while and the power supply will return to normal.
- When pulling out the interface connector, keep it at the same level and parallel direction as the LCD screen connector.
- Do not place the module with the protective film in a high temperature environment, otherwise the protective film may stick to the surface of the module and cannot be peeled off, which will affect the appearance.
- If the screen is damaged, please wash it off with soap and water when the LCD is leaked on your hands or clothes.
- Do not pull the backlight wire forcefully during operation to avoid damage to the wire.
- The LCD module uses CMOS-LSIs, so when handling the LCD module, you must have good anti-static protection and effective grounding measures.
- Keep the surface of the LCD screen clean during use and storage. If water droplets stay on the LCD screen for a long time, it may cause discoloration or stains on the surface of the LCD screen; therefore, when the surface of the screen base is stained, pure cotton should be used. Or wipe it with a soft cloth; it is strictly forbidden to wipe the LCD screen base with gasoline, alcohol or other chemicals.
- If this product is placed in the air with oxidizing or reducing gas for a long time, or used in a working environment where there are reagents, solvents, adhesives, resins, etc. that generate such gas, it may cause the liquid crystal module to be corroded and discolored; please choose the environment reasonably.
